NodemCu ESP8266 V.3.4 just bought, and now?

Hi, I just bought the NodemCu from you because I wanted to do the classic trick of disconnecting friends from my wifi network, just as a joke 🙂
I downloaded and installed the CH341SER driver on my pc but now I don't know how to go on.
Do you have any advice to give me?
Even if I go on 192.168.4.1 nothing happens ...
